I have been baking for as long as I can remember (cliché, I know!) Throughout the majority of my childhood, you could find me in the kitchen, with my apron and my wooden spoon, helping my mum to make everything from Scones to Chocolate Crispy Cakes. If I wasn’t baking food, I was either eating it, watching it or reading about it – not much has changed.
